Our Story
Many years ago we observed that financial markets perform very well over time. Traditional bank funds, however, typically yield below-average returns and therefore under-deliver.
After working for a few years in the asset management business, we started our own fund -in which we are fully invested- to serve our clients better.
Directors
Jan De Ost
Founder & CEO
Jan worked as Investment Manager for an asset manager for several years, prior to launching his own fund. He is in charge of the Fund's daily management and all investment decisions.
Jan graduated as an airline pilot, studied Business Management at the Solvay Business School and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CEFA).
"There is a parallel between managing a fund and flying airplanes: in both cases we know in advance that we will encounter turbulence. In both cases we know that we'll keep our heads cool and will rely on our training and experience to reach our destination safely."
Noël Suurmeijer
Non-executive Director
Noël joined our fund in 2024.
Noël is an economist and management consultant in the field of (corporate) finance and insurance.
Noël was, amongst others, from 2014 to 2020 the Compliance Officer and executive director for an asset manager, where he was also responsible for acquisition and staffing.
Noël studied Economics and Business Management at INSEAD, Nyenrode Business University and Tilburg University.
